Super Bright Full-Size Pistol Light

The TLR-1 HP provides the same 1,000 lumen blast of light with a much brighter 65,000 candela hotspot, almost doubling the beam distance. Its wide beam pattern lights up large areas so you can identify who or what is nearby. The higher candela increases the: light's beam distance, ability to penetrate photonic barriers, effect on target, and ability to identify details at longer distances.

One of the best fullsize WML for the price. Will fit in previous TLR-1 holsters, meaning the TLR-1 HP is one of the best supported lights on the market. 65,000 candela is a fantastic amount beam power for a pistol light. A clear improvement over the TLR-1 HL.

Batteries and Switches

• The TLR-1HP is powered by 2x CR123A batteries, that are loaded from the rear with tool-less change. We prefer this style because it allows easy changing in the field.
• Momentary light is activated by rotating counter-clockwise (operator’s view). This means that momentary activation is a press down for the reaction side finger, or a press up for the strong side.
• Momentary activation is excellent on the TLR-1HL, able to be switched on for as short a time as desired, and our test team is able to use momentary while firing without flickering as a result of the finger coming off the switch.
• Constant activation can also easily be made by flipping the switch in the opposite direction (clockwise).
• The TLR-1HP switches are smooth, definitely the smoothest of the rotation style switches.
