Are you running a wider 1.75" belt with your M2 or M6 holster? Then you need this clip to ensure proper retention of your holster. The standard clip we include with M2 and M6 holsters is for up to a 1.5" belt. However, some tactical belts are 1.6" or even 1.75" wide. This is the correct clip for those belts.
