The 1.5" Werkz Drop is an adapter installed between the holster and any OWB belt attachment with a Safariland OWB 3-hole pattern: the Safariland paddle and belt slide.
Note: This adapter is sold standard with our Safariland Paddles. Sold separately otherwise.
